Windermere development - Hospital Approach/Court Road, Broomfield

Following traffic and congestion issues caused by developer works on Hospital Approach, Chelmsford, Essex County Council has cancelled the developer’s permit to work on the public highway and asked that their works be replanned.

The developer has been asked to work with Essex Highways to ensure any future works have minimal impact on traffic going in and out of Broomfield Hospital.
