A1114 Essex Yeomanry Way, Chelmsford - progress update

Good progress has been made to date on our safety barrier improvement project along the A1114 Essex Yeomanry Way in Chelmsford.  

We are pleased to confirm that upgrades to the central reservation are now complete and our team are now focused on enhancing the safety barriers along the verges.

These works will be carried out with overnight lane restrictions in place until 10 October 2025 to support these works.

Temporary traffic restrictions will be lifted during the daytime to minimise disruption.

We would like to thank all drivers for their continued patience and cooperation in allowing us to make Chelmsford's roads safer for everyone.
