Windermere development - Overnight restrictions on Hospital Approach, Broomfield

From Monday 25 August 2025, developer works will take place over five nights to install traffic islands and carry out resurfacing on Hospital Approach in Broomfield.

A one-way system will be in operational between 8.30pm and 5am on Hospital Approach and Court Road.

• Access to the hospital via Hospital Approach remains unchanged.
• Exiting the hospital: Drivers will be diverted via Court Road towards Main Road.

Outside of these hours restrictions will be removed.

We encourage all drivers to take extra care when travelling in the area, ensuring that traffic signs are observed so these works can take place safely.
