About the scheme

Refurbishment works are planned at Tilekiln Green Bridge located on Bedlars Green Road in Great Hallingbury.

Works are due to take place from Monday 20 January 2020 and are estimated to take approximately four weeks to complete.

What is involved and how it may affect you

In order to support these works it will be necessary to close Bedlars Green Road to all vehicles 24 hours a day, seven days a week for the full duration of the works. The closure is required to allow heavy machinery and equipment to be safely manoeuvred on the highway and to provide the necessary protection to the public and the workforce.

For safety, the bridleway, which runs over the top of the bridge, will be closed for the duration of the works. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times under the structure.

Access to properties will be maintained at all times.
