Bakers Lane / Cottis Lane, Epping – latest news

Following the recent pause of works to allow essential utility works to take place, we can confirm we will be restarting our activities to complete footway and carriageway works on Bakers Lane/Cottis Lane in Epping from 13 July 2026.

This will require a full closure of the carriageway, however resident access to Albany Court and Bakers Lane will be supported. We anticipate this phase will take two weeks to complete, providing we are not affected by adverse weather or if unexpected issues arise.

At a future date yet to be confirmed, overnight surfacing works will be necessary. Details will be provided in advance of the closure.
