White Hart Bridge - Scheme update

The first phase of the bridge deck replacement works at White Hart Bridge are progressing well. The abutments have been widened to support the new bridge deck and the steel deck troughs have been prepared to receive the new reinforced concrete deck slab.

Installation of the deck reinforcement and framework are currently in progress. We are planning to pour the concrete for the new deck this week, however, the snow and cold weather may affect when this can take place.

Please be advised the last working day before the Christmas shut down period will be Thursday 22 December 2022 with work resuming the week commencing 2 January 2023. Traffic management will be inspected as per our normal regime and the site will be monitored.
