Update - Resurfacing works Bakers Lane, Epping

Works to complete the carriageway resurfacing for the section of Bakers Lane from junction with St John’s Road, to the roundabout junction with Cottis Lane, is being undertaken between 20:00 to 00:00 on Tuesday 16 December 2025.

Whilst we have been able to maintain access into Falconry Court carpark for the duration of the works thus far, unfortunately, to complete the surface course, it is necessary to temporarily close the access to Falconry Court for a short duration on the night of 16 December 2025. These works will require this section of Bakers Lane to be fully closed to vehicles whilst these works are completed, which will be for approximately four hours in duration.

The works that will restrict access to Falconry Court carpark, are planned to commence at 20:00 after this time no access will be permitted for the duration of the resurfacing works.
