A120 Bishop's Stortford Bypass overnight road closures

The A120 Bishop’s Stortford bypass from the junction with the A120 Stansted Road roundabout to the junction with Dunmow Road will be closed overnight for the week commencing Monday 15th January to carry out works associated with the M11 junction 8 improvement scheme.

The road will be closed from 15th to the 19th January between the hours of 9pm and 5am for the purpose of making the electrical connections to the new signage, installing and connecting new lighting columns and vegetation clearance.

The signed diversion route will be A120 Bishop’s Stortford bypass, A1250 Hadham Road, A1250 Dunmow Road.

The no right turn at the top of Dunmow Road will be temporarily reinstated during the closure hours so access to enable access to the M11.
