Canvey Island - surfacing improvements completed

Improvement works on the B1014 High Street/Point Road were completed in October 2025 as planned.

The stretch between Wall Road roundabout and Park Lane has been successfully upgraded with:

• Road resurfacing
• Joint sealing repairs
• Manhole and gully enhancements
• Blocked gullies cleared to improve drainage

These upgrades will help extend the life of the road and make journeys smoother and safer for everyone – whether you're driving, cycling, or walking.
