Fifth Avenue – Zelenskyy Avenue - Harlow Sustainable Transport Corridor

Fifth Avenue – Zelenskyy Avenue A1019

On behalf of Essex County Council, Bouygues UK Ltd are undertaking essential works on Fifth Avenue – Zelenskyy Avenue A1019 as part of the Harlow Sustainable Transport Corridor project.

As a result of these works, nighttime road closures will take place on Fifth Avenue – Zelenskyy Avenue A1019 in both directions between the Burnt Mill Roundabout and the Sainsbury’s Roundabout. These closures will take place on two nights, at the following dates and times:

• From 8pm on Monday 15th December to 5am on Tuesday 16th December 2025

• From 8pm on Tuesday 16th December to 5am on Wednesday 17th December 2025

• From 8pm on Wednesday 17th December to 5am on Thursday 18th December 2025

• From 8pm on Thursday 18th December to 5am on Friday 19th December 2025

Due to the nature of this work, there will be no access for vehicles travelling on Fifth Avenue – Zelenskyy Avenue A1019 during these closure periods, however access will be maintained for the emergency services in the event of an emergency.
