Review of Essex County Councils Local Bus Strategy
Following the consultation on the Local Bus Strategy Review held in September and October 2015, the proposals for revising contracted local bus services in Essex (those funded by the County Council) was approved by Cabinet on 19 November 2015.
Services were tendered and awarded in February 2016. To view the results of this tender process see the document below entitled Results of Essex County Council Tendered Services. Please note that some route numbers have changed.
The revised network is scheduled to start from 10 April 2016.
